With the goal of sharing information and providing support, Kimberly began partnering with business owners as their Human Resources Manager and Consultant. Strategizing with each business partner, she works to ensure their company has a positive and inclusive culture, reflecting their goals and values making for a productive work environment.

With over 20 years experience in corporate America, Kimberly has a professional background in People Management with an emphasis in Employee Benefits, Training Implementation and Development, as well as Talent Acquisition.
